Starting in 2026, Beautiful Valley Candle Co. will move to a monthly product drop model. This means we will release inventory on a monthly basis in limited quantities. This model will benefit you and I both!

Focusing on smaller batches will allow us to create the perfect products with care while balancing our busy lives, and seasonal favorites and new scents will stay special so you can snag them before they're gone!

How do monthly drops work?

All products — core scents and seasonal favorites — are released in one monthly drop. Customers can shop everything at once, and items ship as soon as your order is processed.

When are the drops?

Monthly drops happen on a consistent date each month. Drop dates are announced on our website, social media, and via email updates. Subscribe to stay informed.

What scents are available year-round?

Our core line is available every month:

What are some examples of seasonal scents?

Seasonal scents are only available during their designated months. Examples are:

Fall:

Winter:

Winter Citrus Wreath, Peppermint Mocha, Pumpkin Pecan Waffle

Seasonal scents may be limited in quantity — once sold out, they’ll return next season.

Can I place custom orders?

We no longer take random custom orders. This allows us to produce high-quality candles efficiently and ship orders faster.

Custom orders are only available for:

• Weddings
• Corporate gifting
• Other events

Do pre-orders exist?

No. All items are available during the monthly drop — no pre-orders are required. Seasonal scents may sell out, so order early to secure your favorites.

What if I miss a drop or an item sells out?

• Core scents will be included in the next monthly drop.
• Seasonal scents are only available during their season. Once sold out, they return next year.

If a drop sells out, items will restock on the next scheduled launch date. Follow us on social media or subscribe to emails so you don’t miss restock alerts.

How long will shipping take?

Shipping times vary by volume, but with our monthly batch production, orders are shipped as quickly as possible. Tracking information is provided with every shipment.
